What started as an annual beach clean up day has now turned into a monthly event. The Animal House of Okoboji invites anyone to participate in its third summer of beach clean up. Started in the summer of 2022 we are officially making this a monthly event. Join us the last Wednesday of each month to help clean up our beaches and surrounding areas. All you need to do is show up. Our starting time is 10 am. Our starting location is Bob’s at the Park (location can be found on the map below). We will provide you a location and trash bag, gloves and anything else you might need to pick up garbage. When you are done with your location for the day make sure to bring your trash bags back to Bob’s and we will take care of disposal. Each volunteer will receive a free Pura Vida bracelet for their time and effort.

Clean Up Locations:
